What does your company do?

We are a recruitment firm who works with a variety of employers nationwide to recruit and screen applicants for their open positions in various fields. The application asks a variety of questions to determine the skill set and education level of the candidates applying. Those who match the criteria for jobs openings are forwarded to employers for possible placement.

How do you determine if I am qualified?

Most of the positions that we recruit for do require specific certifications and education in order to be considered for placement. If it is determined, based on your answers to questions, that you do not have the necessary certifications needed to get a job, we will work with you to find colleges that offer a training program in your area.

I filled out the application. What can I expect now?

Once your application is received, we will review the information you provided and determine which positions you are qualified for. If we find that you are qualified, (i.e. experience and education match the criteria) we will forward your information on to the client for consideration. If chosen for the interview process, the client will contact you directly to schedule a time to meet with you. If the client requires that you fill out their application, we will forward you the information on the position along with a link to their site where you can complete the process directly through them.

How often do you place applicants in positions?

We have successfully placed many candidates in positions and continue to work closely with our candidates and employers to improve our processes and placement rates.
